SAFETY, OCUPATINAL HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

PROSERTEC SRL, is a service company which is committed with the safety and health of all its personnel and people or communities on which it performs a task. Besides, it assumes a commitment to preserve the environment acting within a Sustainable Development framework.

In this sense, the Construction, Maintenance, Mechanical, Electric, Instrumentation and Control Facilities, services rendered by it, are oriented to minimize the environmental impacts and to always supervise health and safety of all people, adapting to the improvements in safety, occupational health and environment issues that could sprout in their setting.

PROSERTEC SRL Board of Director’s commitment to develop their SSMA policy is established in the following bullet points:

• Respect and adapt to the existing current legislation in the country in regards of safety, occupational health and environment, voluntarily and with responsibility, aware of the benignities and benefits offered for the physical and mental health of people, and the preservation of the environment.

• Know, understand, respect and faithfully comply with current norms and regulations concerning safety, occupational health, and environment of each client whenever we operate in one of their facilities, as well as proposing improvements based on good practices in the development of our tasks, interchange of knowledge and experience.

• Promote the continuous improvement of the performance of the SSMA management system, through periodic audits, data analysis, and review of the company’s goals.

• Encourage officer’s inventiveness, implanting proactive and responsible attitudes towards a safe, healthy and environment-preservative job, performing an efficient and rational use of the assigned and available resources to give the client a service which satisfies its needs.

• Comply with all of the activities planned in the SSMA management system, keeping at all times high ethic values and contributing with effort to maintain and develop prestige in front of the staff, clients, suppliers, stockholders, and community en general.
  Document, implement, keep and disseminate the SSMA policy among its personnel, clients, contractors and to have it available for the general public.
